Today, Monica Werling, Dario Werling and Massimo Col continue the tradition inherited from their mothers - twin sisters and both Cordon Bleu chefs - keeping up the establishment’s notorious care for details to make all occasions truly memorable. Management is run by Giovanni Gattuso, who has over twenty years of experience in catering.
